The ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2.5 is the perfect size and shape for all formula-style and single-seater race cars.
PREMIUM MATERIALS
Retaining the shape of the iconic 270 mm ClubSport Formula wheel, the Formula V2.5 uses a 5 mm-thick, solid carbon fibre front plate, aluminium shifter modules, and smooth perforated leather grips.
CRISP SHIFTINGThanks to the pre-installed, CNC-machined aluminium ClubSport Magnetic Paddle Module, you’ll shift gears with confidence every time. The wheel is packed with 11 buttons, 12-way multi-position switches, thumb encoders, toggle switches; the list goes on. Up to 67 functions of a game can be adjusted directly.
DIRECT-DRIVE SUPERIORITY.When the steering wheel is directly mounted to the motor shaft, there’s no belt or gear drive to dilute the force feedback effects. The clear choice of all professional drivers and enthusiast sim racers is now available to a broader audience.
PLUG AND PLAY.Our strong relationship with game developers means the CSL DD has broad compatibility and consistent behaviour across many popular titles. The Standard Tuning Menu has been simplified, allowing beginners to start quickly without having to worry about settings. The Advanced Tuning Menu remains for enthusiasts.
HEAVY STEEL CONSTRUCTION.The stability of the all-metal design means it is built to last. The stiffer spring on the brake pedal combined with the PU foam damper provides a realistic, progressive feeling.
MAGNETIC SENSORS.Both the throttle and brake axes use precision Hall-effect sensors. By measuring pedal position with magnets, the system is contactless, meaning no wear on the sensor and consistent performance.
UNBELIEVABLY STRONGAngled uprights help to distribute the load on the chassis more effectively than a rectangular profile construction. The CSL Cockpit can handle all Fanatec Direct Drive systems, even the 25 Nm Podium Wheel Base DD2, and the pedal plate is designed for the high forces applied on load cell brakes.

CSL PEDALS
- Two-pedal set (throttle and brake), upgradeable to three pedals
- All-metal construction (excluding pedal faces). Pedals are made from heavy steel, which helps to prevent the set from sliding on the floor (if not hard-mounted to a rig)
- Optional anodised aluminium pedal plates
- Contactless Hall sensors (12-bit) on both brake and throttle for high precision and durability
- Brake pedal spring is stiffer than throttle pedal spring, PU foam damper adds additional resistance for progressive braking feel

- Xbox®: The CSL DD QR2 Wheel Base becomes compatible with Xbox One® and Xbox Series X|S when used with any Fanatec Xbox-licensed Steering Wheel.
- PlayStation®: The CSL DD QR2 Wheel Base is not compatible with any PlayStation® console and cannot be upgraded to achieve compatibility.

SPECIAL NOTES
- Not suitable for children. The fast movements of the steering wheel and strong torque can be dangerous. Please read the safety instructions.
- The QR2 Lite Base-Side (Type-C) included with the CSL DD QR2 is compatible with all versions of the QR2 Wheel-Side (Lite, Regular, Pro) and does not cause any torque restriction, even with the Boost Kit 180. Click here for all the details about QR2.
- To enable features such as Steering Wheel LEDs in some titles, it may be necessary to switch the CSL DD to Compatibility Mode. This can also help with titles not working in standard PC mode. Check the Quick Guide for details.
- Only the standard 90W power supply or the Boost Kit 180 can be used with this Wheel Base. The use of any other power supply will void the Wheel Base warranty, is potentially dangerous and can lead to serious injury or death.
- Cockpit adjustability may depend on the peripherals used, for example height options for Podium Wheel Bases are limited due to the size of the casing.
- The use of third-party sim racing hardware is not tested nor endorsed by Fanatec.
- The CSL Cockpit Seat can be hard-mounted directly to the CSL Cockpit frame. Supports the use of seat sliders (sold separately)
